I would like to commend Lincoln Haven on the amazing job he did on my two front corner fenders. You can’t even tell there were scratches!!! It was done instantly and to perfection, not to mention Lincoln was very friendly, personable, and professional. I recently brought my Volvo XC40 to Crest Collision after another vehicle’s door struck the left rear side above the wheel panel, leaving a mark approximately 15 inches long. I initially took the vehicle to a car wash to have it hand-washed and buffed, but they could not guarantee that the mark could be removed. At that point, I contacted Crest Collision and scheduled an appointment. During my appointment, I met with Lincoln, who carefully inspected the damage. After evaluating the area, he applied a cleaning solution and spent approximately 10 minutes working on the mark. To my surprise, the mark completely disappeared. I have rarely experienced this level of outstanding customer service. Lincoln could have easily charged me $400–$600 for a repair, and I would have gladly paid it. Instead, he relied on his experience and expertise to find a simple solution that saved me valuable time and a significant amount of money. I truly appreciate Lincoln’s honesty, professionalism, and willingness to help. This type of integrity and customer service is becoming increasingly rare. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Crest Collision to anyone needing collision repair or an honest

What a integrity and uncompromising values of Crest Collison, Frisco. Especially Lincoln Haven, the collision advisor. I went to Crest Collision after visiting another three auto repair shops who gave me fraudulent estimates and repairs. I am very grateful to the service I received by Lincoln Haven. He suggested only genuine repairs and costs. Thankyou Lincoln ! It felt good for the short time I spent with you at your office, you are smiling and friendly.

I personally suggest everyone looking for repair to get atleast a cost estimate from Crest Collison, Frisco with Lincoln Haven My case: For my car repair, first I went to two auto repairs who gave me high estimate and a week long repair time. Then my friend took me to Crest Collision where I went with no interest, assuming that Volvo auto repair shops charge too expensively. But, I was astonished by the integrity of Lincoln's estimate and car renewed in 2 hours. I am always grateful to Lincoln of Crest Collison, Frisco. He is simple and great man.
